2026-09-20): the grip-neck self-tap HOLDS in matte PLA (deck to both wedges, 2 M3 per side) and the ctl_encoder_plate PRINTED AND WORKS -- the KY-040 no longer levers out. The clip saddle FAILED to print: its sealed STL was a solid block (channel cut missed the body) and its bore was sized from a flat span -- both fixed here, UNPRINTED at this revision. The 4 MAX7219 brackets have never been printed either, and no display, board, cell or switch has been seated. Button / switch / charge plates and the TPU feet are NOT MODELLED -- hardware unchosen.
