TP1 SPEAKER

The tp1_radio_mini MIRRORED: 7-slot grille band up top over a shallow-recessed Gikfun 2" driver, honest real-size OLED window mid-face, Ø26 knob tucked right under it.

floor-mounted USB breakout + rear-lid fat-cover port; fully-seating plug; both parts version-stamped; first body/lid print warped despite 5mm brim; CAD fixed to full bed contact and gated; assembly bench then showed a USB panel-cable/lid-closure jam blocker; v0.5 replaced the lid USB panel cable with a measured USB-C breakout; v0.6 corrected the wall-mounted OLED boss spacing from the generic ±11/±11 datasheet read to the physically fitted radio_enclosure pattern; v0.7 rotates/lowers the measured KY-040 footprint so the encoder PCB clears the OLED PCB in the front-face plane; v0.8 moves the speaker frame forward from 13.0mm to 8.5mm, uses M3x5 speaker screws, and lowers the OLED/module lane for soldered OLED pigtails; v0.9 fattened the OLED bosses; v1.0–v1.2 first pivoted the breakout to rear-lid bosses, which fouled lid closure (protrusions into the body); v1.3 relocated the breakout to the body inner-bottom FLOOR and ran the USB plug out through the rear lid, so the lid carries no protrusions and closes clean; v1.4 shifted the floor bosses ~6mm toward the lid after a bench print showed the male plug could not reach the female socket (measured 10mm too deep); v1.5 opened the rear-lid port into a straight recess sized to the fat USB-C cover (11.5×7.2 overmold, 7mm neck) so the cover recesses and the plug fully seats with zero gap, and stamped both body ("B v1.5") and lid ("L v1.5") with the auto-injected version. v1.5 geometry is gated CLEAN but UNPRINTED — reprint body+lid to validate full seating.

A bench station for the FNIRSI HS-02A: a holder that cradles the iron by its cool body, tip pointing down over a base carrying a brass-ball cleaner, a sponge, and tip storage.

first working print; 2026-06-07) — the iron seats well in the rate-A tapered wedge cradle; form + fit work physically. Remaining: stability (add ~170 g ballast + anti-slip feet) and thermal in-use test. The poor first layers were a bed-level problem, not the design.
