Outward: a two-contact lever
The short toe rests on top at x = 12 mm. The underside toe bears beyond the chamfer at x = 46 mm. Together they balance the bag at the outside horn, nominally x = −24 mm.

The top arm follows
the bag inward.
Outward balances the bag through two desk contacts. Inward puts a longer top bearing above the saddle, leaving the under-desk opening clear.

USE / NOMINAL CONTACTS
Two ways to hold a bag.
Inward: support over the saddle
The long top bearing spans x = 0–89.2 mm, beyond the broad saddle at 14.35–82.8 mm. The nominal bag position is x = 54 mm. There is no underside toe or inner brace.
Getting the loop on
The closed nylon loop passes over the free lip about 98 mm under the edge. Its 12 mm rise leaves a nominal 28 mm gap below the desk. Side or oblique threading may help.
The remaining question is physical
An 8 mm local strand clears the modeled route. That does not prove the complete loop, a hand, or one-handed use. Desk seating, wobble, lateral knocks, creep and load behavior still need a trial.
Desk proxy: 32 mm wood, 20 mm vertical edge, 20 mm chamfer reach. Authorized estimates from a photo, not caliper measurements.

- Mesh, nominal clearance, print geometry and vertical contact checks passed for the recorded models. These checks use provisional desk and strap dimensions.

- Positive v0.5 print feedback; v0.6 print dispatch verified. No measured desk-fit or sustained-load result accompanies the form lock. Inward is unprinted.
- Still open
- Actual seating, complete-loop access, lateral stability, long-term sag and useful capacity. No load rating is claimed.
